Human IFN-γ Elispot Technical data sheet
Making accurate, reproducible and state-of-the-art T cell immune monitoring analysis is becoming increasingly important in immunotherapeutic research and development. The IFN-γ Elispot Assay is being used worldwide to enumerate antigen-responsive CD4+ and CD8+ T cells in development of therapies targeting cancer, autoimmunity and allergies.
We have performed a study to test the reliability and reproducibility of the human IFN-γ Elispot Assay in our hands. The results are now available in our technical data sheet highlighting the main findings.
Our analysis comprises virus-responses in two healthy donors performed across three independent days and we have used the data to identify the limit of detection (LOD) as well as the intra-day and inter-day variation. We are very confident with the results and have confirmed that our lab is capable of accurate, reproducible and state-of-the-art T cell immune analysis.
