ImmuMap offers Fluorescence Activated Cell Sorting (FACS) for our customers

We are specialists in flow cytometry and now offer our service to sort cells by Fluorescence Activated Cell Sorting (FACS).

Fluorescence Activated Cell Sorting (FACS) is a specialized form of flow cytometry that does not only record and enumerate cell characteristics, but also enables researchers to directly pick-up cells of interest. It provides a method to sort a heterogenous mixture of biological cells into one or several containers based on the light-scatter and cell surface marker characteristics of each single cell.

Sorted cells can be used in downstream applications; either as viable cells for culturing of specific cell subsets and cell lines, or for molecular biology based approaches such as gene expression analysis.

We are champions in assay development and tailor every study to our customers’ requests. Please drop us a line at tmf@immumap.com or call at +45 6178 1882 if you want to meet for a chat about how we can solve your cell sorting needs.
